What’s so great about it?
Okay first things first, Tina I’m sorry but I picked this eBook only to stare and drool at the dessert pictures. I am not a cook – I only know how to eat and appreciate good food. BUT this dessert book isn’t just about mouthwatering images that will make you question your existence because you don’t have the Mango Cheesecake or Strawberry Chocolate Tart in front of you to devour.
I absolutely loved the design of the book. It is smartly divided into categories like no-bake and bake so you don’t start your preparations and later realize you may need to buy an oven before you can eat the batter that is now melting in its bowl.
It looks exactly what I envisage a cookbook is supposed to look like. It looks great with its pictures and Tina sounds like an absolute pro in the kitchen department with words like bloom gelatin. Bloom…that word made me laugh like a child.
Sigh…I just went back to the eBook to see what else I could say and…sigh…is all I can say. I wish I had someone who could labour in the kitchen and make these desserts for me. Maybe I’ll call my mom – who will give me a lecture on weight and calories – but if she will make these for me, the lecture will be worth it.
